All learners can sign up to our 'FirstPost Interactive' messageboards.

These messageboards offer very real benefits to learners:

1) Learners can download follow-up materials from the boards that are specific to their course. These materials could include information sheets, further exercises or actual MP3 files containing recorded sections of the course itself!

2) The messageboards can be used by learners to post questions relating to the course subject matter - perhaps relating to difficulties putting the learning into practice. Help and advice can then be provided by other learners as well as the resident trainers who check the board regularly.

Learners have access to the messageboards for the six months following the course. Membership can be ongoing if further courses have been booked.

The messageboards are not intended as a substitute for IT helpdesk services, HR functions or to deal with specific issues related to the organisation itself.

We encourage the use of the general discussion boards as a way of building a supportive, friendly community. However, we understand that employers may have concerns about employees accessing such functions during work hours, and so employers may choose to opt out of this service if they wish.
