Gary started his career in training at HFC Bank, where he began by helping new staff through comprehensive 3-week induction programmes. Having decided that the induction was not engaging enough, he set about revamping it and so began to gain a reputation for producing innovative, effective courses.

Having won awards for several large-scale product launches, including the Marbles credit card, Gary moved on to deliver IT training for the BBC, NHS and Solihull Police among others, and spent 3 years as a trainer and mentor for young people undertaking Modern Apprenticeships.

As the 'Creative Partner' at First Oracle, Gary is responsible for developing new courses that make a positive impact on business performance. He firmly believes in creating an enjoyable training experience, and takes an active role in ensuring that the client is satisfied with their course.
