Kashmir started her career working for Central Television as an Advertising Assistant in London, but moved back to Birmingham when her contract ended (and she'd had enough of the daily commute!) She started her career in training after some psychometric tests showed a 'best fit' with training and education. Her first role was with Team Training Ltd as an Apprenticeship Co-ordinator, and then as an Assessor at Training for Tomorrow (formerly Sight and Sound) where she progressed to become Internal Verifier, Operations Manager, Training Manager and finally National Training Manager. As the ‘Managing Partner’ at First Oracle, Kashmir is responsible for the general administration of the Partnership as well as establishing and following up new contacts. |
