We only run courses that are engaging and enjoyable. All of our trainers receive support in providing a service that relaxes and challenges the learners, and we work as hard as possible to ensure that trainers also enjoy what they are doing!

On our courses, we use a huge variety of training methods to maintain interest and involvement, including forum theatre – an exciting technique using actors to explore and illustrate aspects of the course – as well as PowerPoint, custom-built multimedia applications, workbooks and exercises, telephone roleplay, video recording and many more.

We also believe in helping learners to maximise recall, and so sections of certain courses will be recorded and then be available for downloading via the Internet.

The trainer will ask for learners’ comments at the end of the day, which will be fed back to the manager of the group that has attended. Any actions that are required as a result of this feedback will be dealt with as part of our ongoing dialogue with the client organisation.
