Probably the most important phase in the development of your staff is how their new knowledge is implemented. Unfortunately, there are few companies that consider this aspect of the training, preferring instead to limit post-course dialogue to further sales opportunities!

On the day after the course, we will email copies of the feedback to any interested party within the business and detail any actions we recommend as a result. The trainer will also provide a concise report on the day’s training, covering vital aspects such as learner response and achievement.


One week after the training, we will contact learners directly to discuss how they have applied their training and whether there are any problems that can be resolved. Should there be any issues regarding the effectiveness of the training, we would be happy to consider a free follow-up refresher of up to an hour.

We also use this opportunity to recommend to learners that they revisit their course materials. After all, we know that a person’s recall of information decays with time, especially if it is not being used regularly. We think we should share the responsibility of aiding recall through further interaction with our learners.
