As soon as a learner is booked onto a course, a First Oracle Welcome Pack will be dispatched to the individual learner. This includes the answers to a list of Frequently Asked Questions, such as “How do I find the training centre?”, “What are the lunch arrangements?” and even “What should I wear?” – a prime concern of many learners!
