First Oracle have worked with '3b Business' - (Black Business in Birmingham) - to support small business owners who want to improve their skills in a range of areas.

Funded by the SRB6 scheme to aid regeneration in North West Birmingham, these sessions were free for local business owners or those who were about to start up a new venture. They ran at convenient times for small business owners.

Courses included a series of Customer Service workshops, Microsoft Office workshops focussed on business usage, and ways to improve work-life balance.
